Comfortable and tidy place with competent and responsive staff in night shift. A nice size and beautifully maintained room and MAGNIFICENT view of the marina. Convenient and decent location in Deira district just off shoping malls restaurants all facility available, the upcoming shopping mall and the major stores in the area as well as Baniyas square.

The place was neat and perfect. the room was beautifully maintained and huge with great views of the marina. - the location was decent: a mall and a market were within walking distance.

it is an amazing and lovely property located in deira district just off a boulevard and market.

The breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Location: the hotel was next to the airport and dubai at economical rates and shops and stores. Dessert restaurant Baskin-Robbins was located 5 minutes walk away.

The room was quite okay if case you wanted to use it for sleeping only, quite comfortable though, but could be better.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Dubai and was pleasantly surprised with the value for money. The spacious apartment had a comfortable bed, and the location near the bus and train stations made it easy to explore the city. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to accommodate me, even with my early arrival.

The menu for breakfast could be improved with a wider selection of dishes.

The hotel stuff (Both the reception man in the Day and in the Night) is nice and friendly, they allowed to recive guests (males or girls) in your room (with the id card). Good value for money and good location, no far from union station subway. No clubs inside the hotel, quite hotel.

The studio was big and confortable but not really clean.

The rooms at Icon Hotel Apartments are a nice size and incredibly spacious, with fresh air sprayed regularly. the facilities include Wi-Fi, a TV set, and a comfortable living room, making it a great place to relax. the location is ideal, situated near major stores, shopping malls, and restaurants in a lively area.

Nothing save for the location as it is close to the bus stop less than three minutes walk and also close the the Metro train less than 10 minutes walk. The Reef Mall is also close to the Metro train station. There are restaurants close by that can save you a lot of money other than buying food from the hotel.

My room did not have hot water and I indicated this to the staff who never even attempted to do anything always giving excuses. The ceiling in the room has a section which was about to fall off because of a water leak. Water was leaking from there going down to the kitchen cabinets and dripping on to the sink. They refused to change my room and also denied that I see the Customer Service Manager. They do not change bedding as for all the three days i was at the hotel they never changed the sheets despite asking them to do so.

Everything was good, decent location very close to supermarkets, the major stores in the area as well as Baniyas square and the upcoming shopping mall Burj Nahar, cooperative staff. The breakfast was exceptionally nice with lovely variety. The room was neat and huge, liked lovely bed.

The setting of the hotel was magnificent and exceptionally nice, near the shopping center. Outstandingly accommodating staff in the night shift.
